About the role

In this role, you will act as a leader responsible for the full philanthropic lifecycle from defining regional strategy to executing grants and measuring impact across North America and Latin America

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the philanthropic strategy for the Americas
  • Oversee the full grant lifecycle for the multiple-country portfolio
  • Serve as an internal advisor on critical trends
  • Build and maintain a consequential partner network
  • Partner with research teams to set clear impact metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 10 years of experience in development, program, or project management
  • 10 years of experience in people management
  • 8 years of experience in philanthropy, corporate social responsibility, or international development
